COVID-19 Information

We are aware of the lifting of the remaining COVID-19 restrictions from 19^th July 2021.

We all still need to act responsibly to reduce the spread of the virus. The delta variant is more transmissible, and people may be contagious without knowing it.

When you come to Oak Lodge, please remember that social distancing remains in place, and you will need to wear a face covering to enter the practice.

Our infection control procedures have not changed with the current lifting of COVID-19 restrictions. We will be continuing with current PPE protocols for all appointments.

This is in line with the latest Government guidelines that state “Health settings will continue to maintain appropriate infection prevention and control processes.”

Our priority is to do everything we can to ensure safety for both patients and staff. Wearing a mask reduces the risk to those around you, including those who are vulnerable, those who may not be fully vaccinated yet, and those for whom the vaccine may not be effective.

At Oak Lodge Dental Practice we are happy to treat adults and children alike. Childrens dentistry is free of charge under the NHS.

The Practice is located on the corner of Rhinefield Road and Meerut Road, and has a picket fence. Access is from Rhinefield Road.

If you have to re-schedule an appointment with the dentist or hygienist, please give at least 48 hours notice or a charge will apply.

There is parking on site.

Opening Hours

Monday to Thursday 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm

Friday
9am to 1pm  

(please note that there is no dentist available on a Friday after 1pm)

Emergencies

Time is put aside each day for emergencies. If you have a dental emergency during our normal opening hours, please telephone 01590 622 928 and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

In case an emergency out of practice hours, please call 01590 622 928 and follow the instructions on the answerphone.
